- 4 tbsp ground almonds
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sweetener (of choice)
- 15 hazelnuts
Instructions
Method
Step 1: Place the ground almonds, sweetener and cocoa powder in a bowl
Step 2: Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for around a minute
Step 3: Pour the coconut oil into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Step 4: Place the hazelnuts into a plastic food bag and give them a good bash with a rolling pin
Step 5: sprinkle the hazelnuts into the moulds you have chosen
Step 6: Pour your fat bomb mixture into moulds
Step 7: Place in the fridge for around an hour or until set
Step 8: Remove fat bombs from the moulds and place in a suitable container and store them in the fridge
Tip! My moulds made 24 fat bombs
