- A hand full of frozen berries (I used blueberries and blackberries)
- A knob of butter
- A splash of MCT or coconut oil
- A handful of spinach
- A splash of double cream
- 1 tbsp of live yogurt or greek yogurt
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 5ml of apple cider vinegar
Step 1 : Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Tip: If you don’t like the seeds from the berries you can put the smoothie through a sieve before pouring it into a glass.
